Introduce means a Recreational Exercise Consultant physically introducing an Interested Adult, either Abled or Disabled, face to face to at least two Organisers and at least two Participants in a District Rigorous Recreational Exercise Group which the Interested Adult has selected, provided the Recreational Exercise Consultant lives within 20km of the District Recreational Exercise Group's neighbourhood. 

Each introduction to such local Organisers and local Participants to take at least 15 mins 'in toto'.   The purpose of each introduction is to enable the Interested Adult become comfortable with the District Rigorous Recreational Exercise Group, whereupon one such Organiser would take carriage for the Interested Adult.
