Defined Terms Business Plan Invitation Letter Attachment SWOT Analysis e-Learning, e-Training and e-Research Techniques means Interested Adults, both Abled and Disabled, receive and submit the following information (via a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme Website) to materially reduce data dissemination, collection and analysis costs: (a) receive pertinent Training Procedures to Acquire Theoretical Knowledge for their chosen Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity; or (b) receive Useful Information that will assist Interested Adults commence one of 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities; (c) test Interested Adults on their comprehension of Training Procedures by a Multiple Choice Test to establish the Interested Adult has Acquired Theoretical Knowledge; (d) submit an Internet Testimonial on the Supervise performance of their Recreational Exercise Consultant; (e) submit an Internet Participant Performance Report on each Interested Adult's continuation of the Recreational Exercise Activity in their District Recreational Exercise Group which quantifies - * Positive Lifestyle Changes; and * Changed Social Values; and (f) Evaluate Lifestyle Behaviour Of Each Volunteer in the Research Programme; (g) receive 4 Hypothesis Test Reports from 50 Volunteers participating in the 9 month Research Programme to test the Hypothesis' scope to reduce the Seven Problems;

(h) (i) provide Assistance Procedures to facilitate Abled Participant Assistants assist Disabled Interested Adults participate in a Recreational Exercise Activity; and (j) Disabled Interested Adults submit a Request For Assistance From A Disabled Interested Adult Form which requests a Recreational Exercise Consultant to source an Abled Participants who is keen to assist a Disabled Interested Adults participate in a Recreational Exercise Activity.
