Once each Interested Adult has Acquired Theoretical Knowledge a Recreational Exercise Consultant may Introduce said Interested Adult to 2 Organisers and 2 Participants in a District Rigorous Recreational Exercise Group as part of the Supervising process, provided the Recreational Exercise Consultant lived within 20km of the District Recreational Exercise Group's neighbourhood.
