Six Lifestyle Behaviour Influences means, as explained in Section 4.(c), -

(I)          pressures of getting an education and pursuing a career in a competitive global economy, where most jobs entail sitting at a work station for up to 10 hours talking into pieces of plastic, taping on other pieces of plastic in order to meet deadlines;

(II)         puberty followed by physical relationships and associated financial obligations/responsibilities including accommodation and transport;

(III)        family responsibilities, in particular meeting the cost of raising children;

(IV)       social drugs, substance abuse etc which are often consumed to counter the stresses of modern life;

(V)        the Internet, which is evidencing humans since the turn of the century, increase their sedentary behaviour by sitting in front of pieces of plastic and communicating with other humans on average of 2 hours a day longer than a generation before; and

(VI)       "5th Guidance Influence" intent on "You buying our product. You need our product" epitomising the enormous power of advertising in moulding Western society's penchant for Economic Materialism.
