Head Consultant's Conditions Precedent To The Pilot means conditions, tasks and undertakings which are not limited to those listed below which the Writer must, if appointed by the NSW Department of Health as Head Consultant For Pilot, Research Programme And Conditions Precedent To Propagation achieve to the satisfaction of NSW Department of Health, prior to commencing the 12 months Pilot. The below list, together with other tasks required to garner performance information noted in Section 18, is not exhaustive.
For the 9 months Research Programme: (i) Draft Research Programme Brief for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team. (ii) Respond to queries from Research Programme Team re Research Programme Brief. (iii) Draft "4 Hypothesis Test Reports" for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team. (iv) Draft "End Of Research Programme Progress Report" for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team. (v) Draft "One Year After Research Programme Progress Report" for consideration by the Interested Parties and the Research Programme Team. (vi) Liaise with renowned humanitarians Michael Raper (Winner of the 2007 Justice Award), Peter Cullen (founder of RecLink Australia, Sporting Chance Day and Choir of Hard Knocks) and National Disability Services to source 25 Volunteers from the Disadvantaged. (vii) Liaise with other Interested Parties re the compilation of the Research Programme Team and the Pilot Delivery Team - refer Section ?.
For 12 months Pilot in NSW: (vii) Source 20 Recreational Exercise Consultants. (viii) Draft dedicated Training Procedures for each of the 7 other Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activities similar to Tips for new road cyclists who want to ride with a Bicycle User Group for consideration by the Interested Parties. (ix) Draft Useful Information for 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities for consideration by the Interested Parties.

The Writer is aware of other tasks, particular those associated with - (b) Purpose Built Quant Modelling Software, Base Case Financial Model to measure the Economic Return on Capex on fiscal expenditure on Human Brownfield Infrastructure to improve Cashflow, explained in Section 18; and (c) a Health Assessment Appointment which each of the 50 Volunteers in the Research Programme will have with a member of the Research Programme Team for the Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer for the Purpose Built Quant Modelling Software which is feed into the Base Case Financial Model.
The final form of the Head Consultant For Pilot, Research Programme And Conditions Precedent To Propagation for inclusion in the Interested Parties Agreed Business Plan will set out -
