In addition, as Propagation progresses, more and more Participants will pass on their knowledge to other new Interested Adults. Forecast Number Of Recreation Exercise Consultants as at end December 2010 evidences that the above three features, in addition to Participants passing on useful tips, will largely render obsolete hands-on encouragement and assistance that Recreational Exercise Consultants will crucially provide during the 12 months Pilot to - * build-up the Critical Mass; and * test the Hypothesis, as explained in Section 16.(a). |
