Defined Terms Business Plan Invitation Letter Attachment SWOT Analysis Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme Business Plan or YELP Business Plan means: (i) Applying Cause and Effect Logic to produce a robust business plan which is easy for Interested Parties to comment on its Sections and Defined Terms. (ii) Utilise the Ten Sport Administration Attributes of proven sports administrators with extensive sports networking and a track-record of successfully encouraging many fellow citizens into the joys and character-building benefits of regular rigorous exercise, around retirement age, to source 20 Recreational Exercise Consultants to implement a 12 months Pilot of a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme across NSW. (iii) Deploy YELP Website (with e-Learning, e-Training and e-Research Techniques) to cost-effectively achieve a Critical Mass of 5,000 NSW Interested Adults who become Participants in a presently unstructured array of 14 independent sporting/exercise activities which provide +900 existing sporting clubs/groups.(iv) During the 12 months Pilot a Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme will enable Interested Adults to commence one of 14 Recreational Exercise Activities whereby 20 Recreational Exercise Consultants will - (a) Supervise Interested Adults take-up a Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity in a local District Rigorous Recreational Exercise Group; or (b) Refer other less mobile Interested Adults to commence a Moderate Recreational Exercise Activity local District Moderate Exercise Group, thereby enabling Participants to implement Positive Lifestyle Changes to Materially Alter Lifestyle and Change Social Values to treat some or all of the Seven Problems. (v) Utilise 50 Volunteers to test during a 9 months Research Programme (also using the Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme Website) whether the Hypothesis can cost-effectively treat the Seven Problems, as explained in Section 16. (vi) Upon achieving the Critical Mass of 5,050 NSW Participants at the end of the 12 months Pilot, and proving that the Hypothesis successfully treats some or all of the Seven Problems, cost-effectively Propagate the Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme to 10,000 additional Interested Adults across Australia to similarly Materially Alter Lifestyle and implement Positive Lifestyle Changes by end 2010 by Three Low Cost Propagation Initiatives. |
