Defined Terms Business Plan Invitation Letter Attachment SWOT Analysis Content Of "Hilly Rides Challenge" 3 x 60 min episodes on ABC national television in March 2009 will include - (a) fleetingly mention the Seven Problems and their Causes; (b) explain the YELP programme employs dedicated Recreational Exercise Consultants under a 12 months Pilot which includes a 9 months Research Programme; (c) profile a dozen or so Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged Interested Adults from amongst the 50 Volunteers as they train, within their Common Bond Support Groups, which complete the Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges, together with a few interesting Participants from amongst the 5,000 Interested Adults in the Pilot which experience a Cultural Social Change Less Reliant On Economic Materialism; (d) set out the Economic Return on Capex of YELP using the Purpose Built Quant Modelling Analysis which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model to quantify the - * effect of the Hypothesis involving one Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity; and * intervention of one or more of 6 Moderate Recreational Exercise Activities to reduce the Seven Problems. (e) highlight the synergies, innovation and fiscal cost savings under a PPP of Two Major & Two Minor Public Equity Holders for each State or Territory and 12 Private Equity Holders. The synergies and innovation will feature each Equity Holder's contribution which will include:
1. NSW Health - (ii) provide meaningful input to the Purpose Built Quant Modelling Software re Personal Health And Fitness, Coping Skills, Cognitive Skills, Family Unit Cohesion, Recreational Drug Use; 2. Department of Enviroment & Climate Change (NSW) providing data on the reduced Personal Carbon Footprint from various combinations of changes in Primary Energy Carbon Contributors due to Materially Altered Lifestyle. 3. NSW Sport & Recreation - (i) source most of the 20 Recreational Exercise Consultants; and (ii) provide meaningful input into Personal Health And Fitness testing the 50 Volunteers by the Research Programme Team and the Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer 4. Tourism NSW - the 4th Product Phase of YELP will provide Participants with regular exercise competitions to encourage Participants to expend their leisure time locally and not catching air flights to distant lands which materially increase Personal Carbon Footprint. NSW, in particular is blessed with hundreds of beaut mountains to hike up or climb by bicycle, as well as lakes/rivers/oceans to swim, kayak and canoe. An Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series which Tourism Australia provided a support letter for KOM Challenge Series is the initial Product. Vital to reducing Personal Carbon Footprint is Tourism NSW successfully promoting exciting and appealing venues to cycle, hike, swim and paddle in the 4th Product Phase of YELP. 5. Interested employees from Australia's major mining companies, infrastructure companies and banks contributing modelling resources for the Purpose Built Quant Modelling Software which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model 6. Two leading law firms separately representing the 'Public' and 'Private' Equity Holders under a PPP for the YELP SPV. 7. One leading accounting firm will audit the SPV's financial accounts. Another leading accounting firm will provide written comments (for the benefit of each Equity Holder) on the Head Consultant's Monthly Report To Equity Holders. 8. ABC will produce the Hilly Rides Challenge RTV Promotion to be televised nationally in March 2009 and RTV Promotion On DVD To Clinicians At Outset Of Pilot |
