Common Bond Support Group means at least 20 Interested Adults who live within a 30km radius of the central start location(s) of a District Recreational Exercise Group with a Social Theme which approx. 50% of those Participants assemble on at least 40 weekends annually to participate in the same Recreational Exercise Activity.
