Annexure “A” Conditions precedent which must be achieved prior to Saeco Australia as Sole Sponsor paying $1,000 for Sole Sponsorship rights with Muggaccinos.com for 2 years After Phil Johnston achieves, to Sole Sponsor's satisfaction, all of the following conditions precedent, Sole Sponsor will hand over a cheque (to Phil Johnston) payable to Muggaccinos cycle group or an electronic remittance for $1,000 for a two year Sole Sponsorship of Muggaccinos.com:
1. Phil Johnston will provide to Sole Sponsor at least two quotes from Australian manufacturers for a batch of 60 Saeco jerseys (compromising 20 long and 40 short sleeve). 2. Sole Sponsor and Phil Johnston agree the design of the jersey which logically has to look classy for cyclists to want to buy and wear it. 3. Phil Johnston pays manufacturer/supplier for the 60 jerseys and provides Sole Sponsor a copy of his remittance and receipt.
4. A large Sole Sponsor's logo to appear at top of the Home Page of – 5. Phil Johnston provides a written receipt to Sole Sponsor for $1,000 contemporaneous with receiving Sole Sponsor's cheque or electronic remittance. 6. Should the demand from Muggaccinos cyclists for the Saeco jersey exceed 60 over the next 2 years, the Sole Sponsor would contribute $10 per jersey for each additional jersey worn by Muggaccinos up to 40 additional Saeco jerseys during the two years from paying the $1,000 Sole Sponsor Fee. |
