Step descent then cross Comenarra Parkway at lights.

used to rain hard)
followed by 300m steep climb to M2.
Pass through a narrow 20m tunnel and Sag Stop (3 min) before
joining M2 on south side.

30 min Nosh Stop at Old Post Office
Shoppe café Springwood, its down the mountain,
including a beaut one-way section along Mitchells Pass to - * Penrith station for half hourly train to Seven Hills at 19 and 49 min past the hour, arriving Seven Hills station 28 mins later at 47 and 17 mins past the hour.
4th Leg: Alight train at Blacktown or Seven Hills station and cycle to Turramurra station carpark - 26km
ETR Turramurra station 2:50pm. Bank Teller's rap-up of Cinque Montagnes clockwise - 7 crew - 92km
