Bank Teller's rap-up of Mother's Day, re-routed ride to Mt White - 71km - 10 starters. 'Golly gosh' Muggs are suddenly getting all sentimental 'n schmaltzy, and feeling all Momma's apple pie about dear old Mum
During last week, Scribe rec'd two e-mails from regularly informing they couldn't allocate 6 hrs on Mothers Day. Undeterred, Scribe went ahead with the planned ride to Wyong, 'cause Mothers Day had never got in the way of a good ride on any previous year. However, with only 3 marshalling at Mt White - Koala Bear, Bazza 'n Bank Teller - we thought better about continuing north.
Back at Pie in the Sky we caught up with Heineken, Samurai, Amanda, Yamaha, Linda 'n Printer who were jamming-in a ride before performing the annual visit to Mom.
Samurai and Yamaha were busily at work on a rear derailleur in above pic - taken under o'cast skies.
The sun eventually peeked-thru. Samurai and Yamaha were STILL busily at work on a rear derailleur in above pic. But we managed to rustle-up a few other smiling noggins. If Printer (left of screen) was anymore layback, he'd be comatose.
