Rap-up of Sunday, 3rd Linger 'n Die, Muggs 3rd Linger 'n Die proved an enjoyable experience notwithstanding 3 wettish days and a few bumps 'n bruises, which goes with the territory when sharing the road with jalopies a lot bigger. The two unsung heroes were Pacific Pete 'n Publican who provided the two Sag Wagons. Pete helped heaps in steering us thru a safe route on Day 2, albeit twenty clicks more than Scribe had advertised. Publican selflessly lugged lots of bags too and fro in his Ute, so no one was put out. The Scribe 7 Dec '03 |
