Ø  Expend 10 mins studying your UBD/Gregory's to familiarize with the below

Ø  Don't leave your brain at home on battery-recharge, 'cause this is a complex ride

Ø  Ride two abreast on single lane roads at own peril

Ø  Get off the road at Sag Stops

Ø  Cycling without Public Liability cover is as stupid as driving without 3rd Party - join Bicycle NSW for PL insurance, so that all Muggs are better protected

Scribe's rap-up of ANZAC Day Friday, 25 April, Trois Montagnes from Wahroonga

11 crew rolled out of Wahroonga at eight bells on a day that dribbled a bit on the climb out of Berowra Waters.  At PitS  we tagged up with Nurse Karen and Tornado  who'd pedalled from Manly.

We took our initial Nosh at Grumpy's Nth Galston after only 18km - L to R The Horse, MudGuards, Whippet, Sputnik, Adam 'n Eve, Gracinda and Ross aka RapidFire.

On occasions, the Berowra Waters Punt has been chockers with pedal pushers.  However, on a morn' where we hardly evidenced another cyclist we had the 'exclusive cabin quarters'  to ourselves.

L to R below pic at PitS:
Ann-Marie, Nurse Karen, Bank Teller, Whippet,
Tornado, MudGuards, RapidFire - My apologies to Adam (who took this pic). Adam wanted to stand back deeper to include Gracinda and all of Ross, but I advised him incorrectly, about the aperture vagaries, nuances 'n machinations of this Canon.

With Bobbin Head closed to traffic due to a rock fall, we took the shortcut back along the east side of the rail line to Wahroonga for 72.3km.
