An e-mail to Muggs' website from a
biker in America Below is an e-mail from a man after my own heart, although a few of the ladies might not see the humour. From: Trivett, Richard L Sent: Wednesday, 14 August 2002 7:06 To: ‘mugg@jiwa.com.au’ Subject: A message from a biker in America
"I found your Muggaccinos website using my favourite search engine Google and the Bullsheets support my long held belief that Aussies know how to have fun. It looks like you have some great rides and you have a lot of information about your group. All your insurance warnings reminds me of litigious America. It is particularly close to my heart as I work for the largest motor insurer in America. I believe that your equivalent is NRMA. But the pictures on your website are a little bland being the same stuff I see on local bike rides. I’ve noticed that you don’t display many photos of anyone actually on a bike. Your gang seems to spend most of its time eating and squawking. The footage of Sydney from the last Olympics got me and my good woman, Margaret, pondering that perhaps we could travel to Australia to do some biking. Some interesting pictures would get me more interested in DownUnder. Do you ever do any bike rides along your east coast beaches? If you do bike close to any of the local beaches like Bondi, maybe you could put some jpgs of some of the young good looking women sun bathing. I remember an old Paul Hogan ad campaign where Crocodile Dundee reckoned that Aussie beaches were full of “real babes with big hooters". This might increase my interest in biking with your group if I ultimately do opt to visit Australia. I am a nature lover, and pictures of topless women would interest me more, as I want to make sure that there really are topless women on Australian beaches before I plan a trip there. I know that the French Riviera has some very good looking, well-endowed topless women on their beaches. But they’ve also got stony beaches which hurt my feet. At this time my vacation plans are dependent on where the best sight seeing beaches are. The French seem to be more in the same frame of thinking as myself. Maybe you could up-date your pictures on your web site which could increase my interest in Australia over the south of France. Toddles from a Yank looking for an interesting place for a bike holiday! Lots of tail winds and no flats! Rick, Sacramento, California"
