Concession Deed means a legal document that notes the winning Operator's term/duration or ownership, as well as duties, rights and obligations of the Operator in respect of the construction, operation and maintenance of a particular piece of infrastructure as part of the authorised project entered into by a State or Territory, and the Operator consortium.
