Placement of new double garage and driveway from Ronald Ave at western side of block
Photo taken
from the other side of Ronald Ave. LHS of 1st brick on LHS on gutter shows
line of the garage
wall. LHS of 2nd brick from LHS is edge of pathway.
Distance from outside of 1st brick from LHS to outside
of 4th brick from LHS is 6.5m being the external width of the garage
The above white triangular marker peg has been evident for a few months. The owner didn't insert it. The triangular marker peg seems in line with the existing boundary fence with #7 Ronald Ave which is surprising because one would think it should be the Southern boundary line. The old survey shows the boundary fence to be 550mm inside the correct boundary of 5 Ronald Ave. Hence, the LHS of above house brick represents the true boundary according to Phil Johnston's estimation
Photo of tree on Southern side to be removed. 1st brick from LHS shows start of the driveway. 2nd brick from LHS shows RH edge of Southern wall of garage. Brick on RHS shows Phil Johnston's estimation of true boundary
Above closer pic of the further above pic of tree on Southern side to be removed. The angled chalk mark at edge of the driveway to show the driveway flair is visible
Close-up pic of the further above pics of tree on Southern side to be removed. RHS of 1st brick from LHS represents RH edge of driveway. White chalk mark shows flair start of driveway.
Tree on Northern side to be retained. LHS of 1st brick on LHS is LH edge of double garage. LHS of 2nd brick from LHS is edge of driveway. White angular chalk mark is flair of driveway
