Good afternoon Philip,

Thank you for contacting Shoalhaven City Council regarding your interest in Berry Showground Camping. 

There is currently availability for the group to camp onsite for the original dates requested from 15^th November – 19^th November.
To proceed with a booking, please refer to Council’s online booking system.

Please note that any unpaid bookings are automatically deleted after a set period meaning that commitment is required at the time of booking in the form of full payment.
Campsites cannot be held any longer for group bookings with payment made at a later stage.

If you would like to proceed with a booking, then the organiser can either: 

-       Book and pay for a set number of campsites on behalf of the whole group

OR

-       Have each member book their campsite individually 

These are currently the only options available for group bookings at a campsite at this time.
