| Dangerous Timber Bridges means a timber bridge which has gaps between planks or adjoining planks at varying heights. Generally timber planks are longitudinal down the length of the bridge with gaps >25mm wide which can grab a road cyclist's wheel and dismount the cyclist - explained in Annexure "A" titled "Strategy to reduce the dangers to cyclists at approx. 30% of 23,000 circa timber bridges across Australia by reducing width and/or depth of gaps in between some planks" on some timber bridges.
