Private Road out of 10 Carr St, Waverton.  I used to own Unit #22 and recently visited on my bicycle.

When descending on my bicycle over the water drainage grid, my front wheel caught in the grid on the RHS of it.
I flew fwd up in the air, and magically landed on my two feet. 

I had braced myself to reduce the impact with my two hands, but neither hand hit the pavement.  Only my two feet.  An absolute fluke landing.
