Welter of particularly large social, corporate and transport infrastructure projects

In the latter half of his 37 year career at CBA, he worked in Infrastructure Finance on a plethora of PPPs.  He evidenced a lot of large Greenfield and Brownfield infrastructure projects progress from an Information Memorandum to 'Financial Close', then the 'Construction Phase' to achieve 'Practical Completion' at which point the 'Operations Phase' commenced at which point the revenue (to repay the debt providers) started rolling in, be it a toll road, airport, gas pipeline etc. 

He administered the first ranking debt financing for the privatization of Sydney and Brisbane Airports, construction of Sydney Harbour Tunnel, several toll roads, a $1 billion dollar syndicated loan to News Limited/Queensland Press Ltd, a Long Bay Gaol refurb, Envestra gas pipelines across S.A. and Qld, sewerage treatments plants, Jacksons Landing Development at Pyrmont by Lend Lease and a several more. 

He achieved a B.Ec. and a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from Macq Uni - all night lectures.  He worked on these projects with a lot of talented infrastructure construction companies, lawyers, bankers, accountants and engineering consultants.
