Muggaccinos.com   The Bullsheet

Sunday, 5 April '09, 7:05am from Hornsby Jersey St carpark (106km) or 7:35am from St Ives carpark (86km) via Duffy's Forest, clockwise descent to Illawong Bay & Akuna Bay, with option of cycling 2km into Cottage Point but not descending the real steep climb from marina, for Brekkie just past Church Point with a Sag Stop at Narrabeen - return via Wakehurst Parkway/Forest Way - ETR St Ives 11:45pm or Hornsby 12:15pm - Sunrise is 6:10am - wind ya clocks back an hour on Sat night for an extra hour's zees!!!

Ø    Ride Organiser: Phil Johnston aka Bank Teller  9114.6689  0434 715.861 will start at Hornsby at 7:05am with John aka BakerBoy

Ø    Hardcopy these directions and bring on Sunday

Ø    Click on: Risk Management which warns of the dangers of cycling on public roads with motor cars, potholes and over bridges with vertical timber planks with gaps

Ø    Cycling with Muggs is predicated upon notifying Bank Teller if you materially disagree with any clause(s) in Muggaccinos' "Ride Participants Liability Acknowledgment"

Ø    Care descending to Illawong Bay when approaching The Wall (sharp right turn switchback) which has claimed several cyclists, including Siggy

Ø    Cycling without Public Liability cover is as silly as driving without 3rd Party property cover.  Join Bicycle NSW or Bike Vic for P.L. insurance, or upgrade your household policy to include P.L. beyond your front fence, so that all Muggs are better protected, 'cause if you cause a serious accident it could cost you upwards of $1m in P.L. claims by the injured 3rd party
