Bank Teller's rap-up of Tour de Wyong - 18 cyclists:

Pacific Pete, Koala Bear, ToothFairy Bank Teller, Kaza, Leslie, Tornado, Martin, Mick, Schooners, Printer, Yamaha, Linda, Steve, Nerida, Whippet, Heineken 'n Mark aka LongHaul.

Several of the crew cycled from Sydney the day before, incl Whippet, Yamaha, Printer, Tornado, Sputnik and Kaza.

Saturday - Bank Teller's scheduled Tour de Wyong clockwise route - 95km

Thanks to head scouts, Tornado and Pacific Pete, about 16 crew successfully navigated Bank Teller's scheduled clockwise route, albeit it proved to be 23 clicks longer, finishing on 95km.

After a biggish Friday night in our Grand Hotel digs, we initially ventured MW twds Dooralong in pursuit of the Primary Club Cricket Ground where Bank Teller reckons he'd clean-bowled some gun-bat who'd shouldered-up 'many moons ago'.   After Tornado had reeled-in Schooners 'n Heineken who were blissfully heading NW to no-where, we headed NE along Mandalong Rd with 3 sections of dirt road (5.5km in toto) where only Tornado jagged a flat.

After a mammoth 1st leg of 61km we took lunch at Budgewoi.  Printer hoofed into a desert layered with cream which topped the calorie count, whilst his more prudent, less indulgent buddies, drooled-on.

Whippet, who'd clocked-up 150km took the short-cut back to Wyong, whilst most of us looped the southern end of Tuggeragh Lakes on the cycle path.

ToothFairy and Heineken had Squaw Chores a beckonin' back in the Big Smoke and bade us farewell.

Sunday - Tornado's "windy Tour de Entrance" - 48km

After more revelry, faced with a blustery o'cast morn', we opted for an 'into the wind' sortie to The Entrance where most of us ordered the "greasy hangover cure" of a Burger, Donah Kebab or Chips, washed-down with a Black Disprin (Coca Cola).
