Bank Teller's rap-up of Hornsby to Wyong - 94km

Plans to include the 52km adjunct to/from Spencer got jettisoned at Mt White having experienced a moist 1st leg to the Road Warriors' cafe.

Check those shocker pink-stripped knicks on Yamaha, who copped a real serve from Ros for lowering the tone of Muggs' rides, if getting any lower is possible.

Perhaps Yamaha wears them cause they go fast, as Pete clocked a 17:58 PB on the KOM ascent from Cheero Point Rd to the 2nd Mt White sign.  Ros clocked 21:02 with Brian 22m and Scribe 23:38 albeit he only commenced at Cowan and trundled to the Cheero Point Rd Start.

A pensive Bazza left of screen.
Bazza and Scribe toiled-up Bumble Hill in 24:20 and 26:40 respectively, well off Yamaha's PB of 18:03 and Heineken's 18:33

Only ToothFairy, Samurai, Rocket, Bazza and Scribe carried on North, with Whippet, Adam 'n Eve, Yamaha, Flaxen 'et al' reverting south.

We missed the train at Wyong by a hair's breath, but caught-up on a pearler of a restaurant across the street from Wyong station which serves grand Arabian coffee, with waiter staff rendering you feeling like royalty.  Check out the Chech waiter who is a gem.  If we can work-out a cycle route around Wyong, Muggs could do worse than have a w'end cycling in the Wyong region, just to have a night at Spencer's Restaurant - that's how good the joint is.
