Placement of new double garage and driveway from Ronald Ave at western side of block

Distance from outside of 1st brick from LHS to outside of 4th brick from LHS is 6.5m being the external width of the garage
Distance from outside of 2nd brick from LHS to 3rd brick from LHS is 4.8m being the width of the driveway.
White chalk marks on the outside of the two inside bricks represent the 300mm flairs of the driveway.  These white chalk marks are more evident in the close-up pics further below

The above white triangular marker peg has been evident for a few months. The owner didn't insert it.  The triangular marker peg seems in line with the existing boundary fence with #7 Ronald Ave which is surprising because one would think it should be the Southern boundary line.  The old survey shows the boundary fence to be 550mm inside the correct boundary of 5 Ronald Ave.  Hence, the LHS of above house brick represents the true boundary according to Phil Johnston's estimation
