Three Types of Risks means for the Civil Liability Act -

(i)         Foreseeable, Non-Obvious, Explicit Risks;

(ii)        Obvious Risks; and

(iii)       Inherent Risks,
which an Invitee when participating in a Recreational Activity may Suffer Harm generally due to trauma accident.
