The Owner's father, Philip Johnston, has taken a particular interest in the damage to my home unit.  In 2009, after having worked in Infrastructure Finance for CBA for 18 years.  He obtained a Owner Builder Permit from Dept of Fair Trading and carried out an extensive refurbishment (>$300,000) of his former home at Freshwater and sold it for $2.705m.

Part of my father's home refurb was to excavate a lot of rock and build a double garage, to convert an old double garage within the home  to  two large bedrooms.

My father worked for CBA financing Major Infrastructure Projects for many years.  He has shared 11 extensive emails with Sean at Australian Building Codes Board re the National Construction Building Code 2016 Vol 2  specifically the below Ventilation Requirements:

My father has been on the Strata Committee for SP52560 at Milsons Point for 6 years and has held the Treasurer and Chairperson roles.

He has sought Mediation with Dept of Fair Trading over disputed matters infrequently.

My father also emailed his concerns to Planning NSW which inter alia informed that a complaint may be lodged with NSW Dept of Fair Trading for a Building Inspector to attend and opine on the cause of the water and mould damage.
