Good Morning Phil, Thank you for your recent enquiry. We have 97 apartments on the property – a mix of 1, 2 , 3 & 4 bedrooms. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining, renovated bathroom with laundry, complimentary parking and WIFI. The 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are located on the ground and 1st floors and have 1 bathroom. The 1 bedroom apartments have a queen size bed only. Most of the 2 bedroom apartments have a queen size bed in one room with 2 x single beds in the other. Some have 2 x queen beds. The 3 & 4 bedroom apartments are located on the 2nd floor, are 2 storey inside and have 2 bathrooms. Most of the 3 bedroom apartments have a queen size bed in one room with 4 x single beds. Some have 2 x queen beds + 2 x single beds. Most of the 4 bedroom apartments have 2 x queen beds + 4 x single beds, some have 1 x queen bed + 6 x single beds. A couple have 3 x queen beds + 2 x single beds. Although we always try our hardest to meet your bedding requests we can’t guarantee them due to long stay guests and possible maintenance issues. Please note we don’t have lifts on the property. We do have an outdoor heated pool, BBQ and deck communal area and a gym. We are a few minutes walk from Manuka oval and the Kingston shops which houses some of Canberra’s finest restaurants and cafes. We are also only a 10 minute walk to the Manuka shops and the Kingston Foreshore. I would be happy to offer the following nightly rates:
